So tonight I had a personal record. I ran two miles (well, I didn't run the whole thing, but that's besides the point) in less than 30 minutes. Twenty-nine minutes and forty-five seconds to be precise. I know that is slow. But I've been training for my 5k for over a month now and that is the first time I've completed my 2 miles in under 30 minutes! That's huge for me! So, I've got just a few happy little motivation pictures to share!

Damn right! |

That's what I tell myself when it takes me 30 minutes to run 2 miles! |

It's always been about healthy for me. I'll never be "skinny". |
What was it like for you when you hit a goal that you didn't realize you had? Were you as stoked as I was today?
